I have been going to Dr Lagueux for many years. She was unavailable for my yearly physical, so I scheduled with Colleen Arrasmith. She prescribed me B12 injections - but forgot to send prescription for needles to administer it. No problem - I call and leave a message about 7 days ago. No response. I call pharmacy no prescription. In the meantime I am taking B12 tablets orally to see if that helps - unfortunately it caused my face to swell. So I call back and leave another message. They are absolutely the best. From the front desk to the lab technicians. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and timely. All the physicians, especially Dr. Pare'( my doctor) and his assistants listen to your concerns and then comes up with a care plan. My mom's care is in their hands as was my father's. I love this place.
I was greeted warmly and assisted by two lovely ladies at the front office. NP Kelsey Buck is so patient and very knowledgeable. She obviously took time to actually read my medical chart as I am a new patient. Her assistant Lexi is so sweet and kind. Compassionate and professional . I highly recommend her to anyone looking for good medical professional.
Do NOT go here. They will waste your time and energy. I had to call my insurance just to switch doctors. I filled out the check-in online before arriving for my appointment. When I walked in, the receptionist did not greet us. I signed in at a kiosk, but the receptionist did not get up to check on patients in the lobby. I arrived 15 minutes early and, after waiting for 45 minutes, I asked if I was going to be seen. She apologized but never provided an estimated time for when I would be seen. Was sick and having an asthma attack and they told me that I could come back in two hours after lunch. Literally couldn’t form complete sentences because of how little could breath and they said we don’t have room come back later. Extremely disappointed.
