Had to have paperwork done and while I was there Debra Robertson., my PA, suggested I get my labs done saving me a trip. I like the consideration given I don't drive any more. Every one is professional and yet friendly. Been in this location for many years and have always been treated with respect.
Always have good care and information with Deborah Robertson that is helpful in being able to stay well. Girls in front desk are always friendly and efficient. Would never change my primary care with Deborah - only if she were to retire 💕 g
The check in process was easy. The waiting area was spacious and I only waited about 10 minutes to see the doctor. The nurse assistant was professional and personable. Dr. Udall is informative and thorough. I trust his advice and medical care. The visit was relaxed and not rushed.
DO NOT trust this place with your financial information. I confirmed I cancelled my appointment yesterday, but got another message almost 24 hours later asking me to confirm that same appointment. They require a card on file, which would have been charged and then I would have to fight it with my credit card company. I'll be watching my account closely. The wrong office was advertised on a building as you turned into the medical complex. My husband & I parked in front of the building that said village medical only finding out that their clinic had moved several buildings down. Since we're in the car and had unloaded the wheelchair and I my Walker a stranger pointed Us in the right direction we decided to walk down.
