While the doctors are fantastic and listen closely to you, to solve the issues. I have issues with the wait. With an appointment at 1:40pm here I am at 1:55pm waiting as the clock ticks. I get emails and texts asking to check in, fill out forms, which I always oblige in a timely manner. As I sit, I hear staff laughing, chatting, and sounds like they are having fun. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve had a great experience at this office! The wait time is always short, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the office is very clean. Appointments are easy to schedule, and there’s usually good availability. I also really like the app—it makes it simple to book or change appointments and view my records. Highly recommend!
Very professional and pleasant visit. All the staff were helpful and pleasant. Paul was attentive and interested in my care. He asked questions and really listened as a care provider. Highly satisfied with him as my PCP.
Loren really cares about his patients. He listens! I have had many great experiences. He has great MAs that are very helpful.
Dr Eberhard is a great man hes always smiling and his nurse Yaz is great to i look forward to seeing them.i can see they r dedicate to giving me the best care keep it up you two and keep smiling 😃 😊 🙂
