My experience so far has been very disappointing. Dr. Rolander instructed me to call on Saturday (at my in-office visit) if I was still sick, since the office would be open. It has now been seven days, and I am still unwell. I asked for strep test @ the time I visited & Dr Rolander said adults DO NOT get strep” I indeed have had strep in the past and several others that I know. Flu & Covid negative. I am so impressed with my care from nurse practioner, Ashley Young. Not only did she give me her full attention, but had access to my prior visits to another Village Medical office and referred to it. That evening I visited my patient portal and found a very detailed summary of our visit together. The medical care I have received in AZ is far above anything I have found in my home state of MN. Thank you Village Medical.

I wanted to like this office and despite some bad reviews I saw, wanted to give them a chance. First thing wasn’t the direct fault of this office - I called to ask some questions and got the call center and the person I spoke with gave me incorrect information about specialists that I could see within the Village Medical network (after I had a required visit with a general practitioner). Office staff friendly and helpful. Regina Formentin NP is helpful in going over bloodwork and follow up with any problems. She takes time with us and listens to what our needs might be and always checks if we need a referral or a prescription refill very pleasant.

Awesome office and Dr. The time you get seen is the actual appt time. My previous doctor in Chandler was a min 30min late getting called from the waiting room, then another 30mins waiting in the exam room. I drive 20 mins to this office and it still saves me time over the one I had that was 5mins away from home.
