I seriously tried with this office. They canceled 3 appointments day of and the last 2 didn't even call to let me know, I had to find out when I got there. I am going to give 2 star since I did get to see a NP once that was helping the clinic out, but really I shouldn't have been scheduled with someone that does not work at the office, since I was trying to establish care. But she was nice and knowledgeable. Safe to say I will not try again.

Dr Hon is awesome! He makes you feel very comfortable and relaxed as he discusses your medical issues with you. He has a great deal of knowledge about many different medical issues. The staff in the office are very polite and willing to go out of their way to help you.

This clinic is so incredibly out of order. Their referrals department is terrible, we always have to be calling them to DO THEIR JOB and send the referrals out. Prescriptions also NEVER make it to the pharmacy somehow. Just so much lack of professionalism and organization. Disappointment when I have to physically go into the office to get my referrals physically and physically have to go take them to whatever specialist office is needed. Do better, these are people's lives you deal with.

I arrived for my appointment 10 minutes early. The receptionist could not verify my insurance. After typing for a while, she called the insurance company and my insurance was verified. She then told me I was too late for my appointment and would have to reschedule! She advised that I might get a quicker appointment in at the Village Medical in Mesa. The appointment in Mesa went well and I was told that I could get a blood draw back at the Village Medical in Apache Junction without an appointment, hours are 7 - 11 am and 1:... read more

Extremely friendly and efficient! The receptionists were very helpful and friendly. Dr. Hon is amazing! I’ve never felt more comfortable than with him! He actually listened and was very empathetic! Changed some meds for ones that are better and cheaper. I’m very impressed!!!!
