I've been under the care of Heather Smith at the Pecos office, for many years. She is highly knowledgeable and passionate about health care. Nutrition, preventive maintenance are very important to her. If you're tired of not being heard by your Doctor, see Heather. Her and her assistants are the best!
Kelsey Jewell is the absolute best! It’s soooo rare nowadays to find someone in the medical profession that truly cares about their patients, listens to all needs, strategizes a plan together, shows empathy, and takes the time to help you improve your health. 10/10, would highly recommend! The office is modern and inviting. Im always promptly greeted. The front office and back office staff have all been great too.
I'm actually shocked at how many positive reviews there are of this office! Since my internal medicine doctor retired several years ago and I started going to Village Medical, it's been one issue after another and definitely time for me to find a new office. Most recent issue, I had an appointment and labs just 3 months ago to get a current Rx for a medication I've been taking for over a decade. I have been seeing Dr. Alyssa Vivas and her assistant Lena and they are so helpful and caring! Dr. Vivas listens to me and understands me. She is the best doctor I have ever met and I recommend anyone who is looking for a doctor who has the knowledge and experience and is especially caring and supportive to see her. I feel so blessed for having her in my life!!
My introduction to Kelsey Jewell PA was very informative and helpful to me and my Son..She was prepared and ready to administer and investigate my concerns and questions regarding Rx and history with excellent feedback and future and current concerns.
