Staff is very nice, and helpful and a very clean facility. The PA took her time and was very thorough in reviewing medical history and making recommendations for treatment. Went above and beyond what I had expected for a wellness checkup. Highly recommend
I have received excellent care at Village Medical at Walgreens -Surprise. The front staff is welcoming and helpful. My provider, Jessica Holmquist, is easy to talk to, listens and explains her reasoning for treatment. I appreciate her sensible approach and willingness to refer when necessary. i chose this facility because it is close, I return because I feel safe and cared for there.
I had an excellent first visit with Jessica Holmquist, PAC. She was thorough, kind, and really took the time to listen to my concerns. I felt comfortable and well cared for, and I appreciate her clear explanations. I’m glad to have found a doctor I can trust.
Dr. Getz addressed all of my questions and concerns. We discussed medication options due to changes in Medicare Advantage plans and other health issues. She takes her time and I never feel rushed or unheard.
Jessica the PAC was great but Village Medical itself is a joke. Every time I go there they try to double bill me. I went to the BBB and this is a very common issue. Customer service is in India so they barely speak English. Do better people.
