Absolutely worst place ever. Took my mom here for a horrible ear infection. Had to go here to get a referral for ear doctor. Doctor said it was urgent and that she needed to see specialist IMMEDIATELY. Doctor said I’ll help best I can to find you a doctor as soon as possible. Couple days later mom got a call from the doctor who said soonest she can be seen is 3 weeks out. My mom had lost 50% of her hearing and massive head pressure. This review is for Jann Ford Petersen only. The rest of the staff is great. I went in for a quick routine visit. It was about a 10-15 minute appointment and she ended up billing me $279. This is because it was denied by my insurance. When I looked into this further, I discovered that she made fraudulent notes in my medical visit history and copied from old visits. Also, she tried to commit fraud by billing the insurance company for things that were never discussed or diagnosed. I've been trying to speak to an office manager... read more
Over the past year I have found that my office visits at Village Medical to be less satisfactory than in years passed. Phone communications are mostly answered by ‘hard to understand’ non-English speaking representatives. Office appointments became shorter and shorter in time and I felt rushed to get me in and out. The doctor’s focus became more on checking the boxes and task driven, as he focused on his computer (less eye contact) and I no longer felt my needs were genuinely heard. Dr Jann and Laurie are amazing. Fast, affordable, and compassionate care is hard to come by these days. I’d recommend this Village Medical location to anyone!
The office manager.. Lolli is nothing shy of amazing.. my dr Katerina is my fave dr. This office is the only one I’ll go to! I appreciate these people more than you will ever realize! ⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️
