NP Bright is awesome, the staff has been very nice. Hate that you can't contact the office directly and have to go through that horrible switchboard for any help. If they would get rid of the 800%# and bring it back to the offices it would make things so much better and I'd update my rating.

The nurse was amazing. So kind, great personality, she was awesome. But Kristen Lee was awful. Very accusing, unpleasant, and it was obvious she didn’t want to be working at Village Medical. Would never go back to her ever!

Ariel at the front desk is amazing. She was friendly and very helpful on scheduling my appointments. She also went above and beyond at making sure my little ones were entertained during my visit there. Thank you so much for all your help today!

Refused to refill a medication I've been taking for 15 years. Thank God I still had three doses left and was able to find another doctor in the area. They could have easily told me over the phone they couldn't refill it instead of wasting my time with a office visit. Doctors also are constantly in and out of here so it's hard to keep a consistent provider. Better off looking around for a real family practice.

Even though the patient in front of me was demanding to see my nurse practitioner immediately, without a appointment, they were able to squeeze him in but after me. I was appreciative that they were accommodating his needs but did not place him in front of my appointment.
