Not happy with this place right now. Things were fine up until recently. What is most frustrating to me is that I always have an extremely difficult time trying to get in there for sick visits, because they are frequently booked out for two or three months, then I end up in urgent care to get help. Messages that I leave in my patient portal go unnoticed for days until they decide it's good and convenient for them. They were able to see me. The staff was very polite and Dr. Lu Was awesome. Took his time to listen to my concern right away sent me over to ultrasound and thank God everything was good.
Sooo this was my new patient first visit. I always do a lot of on-line research when moving to a new area to select my new doctors (Primary Care, Dentist, Vision). I am so happy I chose Dr. Sturdivant at Village Medical. She was very attentive and caring and all of the staff that I interacted with were wonderful. I felt very comfortable and very welcomed here.
