The doctors here deserve 5 stars. However the people up front? Zero stars if possible. Rude and unprofessional and completely disrespectful. If I didn’t absolutely love my primary I would NEVER be back. I have severe anxiety that’s GETS TREATED HERE and she had the audacity to treat me like I was the problem when I cried about my appointment being moved. Get different people.
I chose this medical practitioner as my PCP. They are very efficient asking for a full list of medications, surgeries and specialists. Dr. Dahdal seems to be very caring and so do the nurses. Very convenient as it adjoins a Walgreens.
Dana Rae NP is a great listener and she is thorough. She’s all around fantastic and I am lucky to have found a great physician. And all of the staff are great too. Communicative and they follow through
All of the staff were very polite and professional. Dana the NP who treated me was professional and informative and prescribed the appropriate medication for my diagnosis. I was happy and relieved to have gotten any appt. the same day I called. Having this satellite clinic is a great idea for patients to who need to be seen ASAP. I'm very happy with having village medical as my PCP. They are managing that organization the right way. Thank you for that.
I saw Dana Rae, NP as a new provider which was an extremely improved experience after seeing Dr. Kim. Dana Rae, NP listen to my needs and has set up medication in the way I needed them. I have decided to have Dana Rae, NP as my PCP. She has a very sweet and caring spirit about her. She is very much a keeper as a provider. She come in really late to my appointment and thanked me for waiting for her which I really appreciated her saying that.
