I’m writing this because I watched my roommate deal with this office, and the scheduling experience was honestly ridiculous. He made it very clear multiple times that he needed a telehealth appointment with a doctor who could prescribe a specific medication. That’s not complicated. Yet every time they scheduled him, it was with a doctor who couldn’t do telehealth or couldn’t prescribe what he needed. I'm always pleasantly surprised by Village Medical. They're always on time and they're very attentive to my needs. It's actually very friendly there. My experience is that the doctors and staff are very helpful, friendly, and professional. I highly recommend you visit them.
Dr Irizzary is very professional in his approach and truly took the time to address any concerns that were expressed. It’s refreshing to have a Doctor have an open dialogue so you are more informed when it comes to taking the appropriate steps to address any medical issues. Thank you!
Straight up scam. Visited the dr once for my 'free annual checkup' - they proceeded to bill me it under a different level of service. All they did was check my weight and ask my height. They sent to collections after I called and mailed dozens of times requesting review due to a mistake by the Dr/office. Apparently here the only thing they care about is getting your money. The Dr then quit, and I couldn't even get an eye exam scheduled without setting up a new incompetent primary care. Stay away!
Was sent here to get treatment for valley fever from Mayo. Doc was rude as hell. Did not listen to me one bit. Reordered x rays n labs i just had done 2 weeks prior not caring that im an uninsured patient. Completely disregarding that. This guy needs to be taught bedside manners
