Today, I fired Village Medical. I needed to refill an important prescription last week for a something that I shouldn't lapse on and with the office closed unexpectedly all week, with as it turns out no one on call, I couldn't get it refilled. I tried messaging the FNP I had met using the refill area on the website mid-week with no reply. I tried for three days going through the refill team. If you don't feel well you need to go to this Village Medical! They were wonderful. The staff, Dr, front desk, everyone! Dr Katherine was kind and listened to what I was feeling. Got my script and truly a great experience. Highly recommend going here when you need too!
Dr. Lewis and his MA are amazing. Dr. Lewis is very knowledgeable, thorough and kind. I would give more stars if I could. His MA is also amazing at her job. I work in the medical field myself, and this is the kind of provider we all are looking for. I would highly recommend this practice. Thank you Village Medical.
This was the worst appointment I've ever had. I had requested that a prescription be updated and was told i needed to see a docter. After almost 3 weeks of waiting for the RX to be filled, I had an appt with Willet. I tried to share my bad experience gettng meds thru their portal.
