Everyone at village medical, is the reason why I continue to be a paitent there. Dr.Sophia is a wonderful caring doctor that i truly trust for my health issues. I’ve been going to Village Medical for a long time. The staff are friendly and efficient. Dr. Roalkvam has been my PCP for two years. She’s great. She listens and explains things so I understand. Communication through the portal is easy and you can also talk to a real person on the phone. 5 stars and 10/10.
I had no issues with the doctor or staff when visiting, however, I just opened up a debt collection letter for over $300. I have been in person TWICE and spoke to someone once on the phone regarding this matter. We realized my insurance had not been updated and they were sending in claims on my old insurance number. No worries, they updated it while I was standing there and said they sent it to billing and the charge would switch to the appropriate amount. Appt at 7:20, was seen at 7:20. Efficient team working together! Dr Eric was insightful as usual. Although I'm not a huge fan of having to go to the doctor... Lol.. village medical at this location is always a good experience
