I find the doctors at this practice to be very attentive. I, as well as my husband and parents, have been patients for at least 25 years, honestly it may even be 30 years. I find them to be very attentive, and anytime I have left them a voicemail, I’ve always been responded to in a timely manner. I’ve never had any problems getting through the phone system. Office staff is pleasant and helpful . Medical associates are efficient and pleasant as well. I was seen close to my scheduled time. Dr. Sanan discussed my overall health. He also talked about health goals and ways to achieve them. His positive attitude is encouraging. .
I did notice it’s getting better Doctors are great . We Recently had Dr Raj, Baridary, who wasn’t my mother‘s doctor but an associate of Dr. Onyskiv and she was wonderful very thorough and caring and my mom really liked her. Thank you for all you do! SMG keep it going!
There are very few doctors who will listen and address every issue you bring to the office. Dr Weinstein does not ship every problem out to other doctors. Instead, he will make every attempt to help you first. Every person in this office is kind and compassionate, and most of all, respectful.
I have NOT seen anyone at your group YET. My appointment with Dr. "O" is for tomorrow afternoon. I had a terrible time getting through to your office to get this appointment after my original one was canceled on January 5. Your telephone service is NOT a service..........only a recorded message to "try again" comes on. A message cannot be left, and no live person answers the phone.
