I am writing to express my significant concerns regarding the quality of care and service I have recently received from Seacoast Medical. As a patient for nearly 20 years, I have unfortunately observed a substantial decline in services, despite my high regard for Dr. Hatch. Called to check on results for bloodwork, I was told they had the results ready and they would call me back after reviewing them. Waited hours, called back before the office was supposed to close and they told me the Dr went home for the day so I won't get my results until tomorrow. I asked if there was any way I could be told the results without the Dr there and was told that it wasn't possible.

I have been a patient here for 21 years. As of recently I call nobody ever answers I left a message at one point I did not hear back from them at all. Very rude over the phones and impossible to ever get a hold of someone there. For it being a doctor's office you would think that they would answer. At one point I had to even go into the office physically to make my appointment and my husband an appointment. Very very inconvenient having 3 children 2 whom are toddlers. I have been a patient here (now called “Revere”) for over a decade. I had always had reservations about certain standards and practices of the office but found an NP I liked so stuck with them. Last summer I ended up learning through Facebook that the NP I liked had left the office. I never received word from the office that she lest nor did they ever let me know that they were canceling my upcoming appointment with her nor did they try to schedule me with somebody else. I found my appointment at “revere medical associates” deeply upsetting. It was apparently my providers last day and I spent the entire two hour appointment on the verge of tears because of how he was speaking to me. I was made to feel small and as though my concerns did not matter and the entire appointment was a huge inconvenience to him. It was a complete waste of my time and money and I will never be going back. If I could give 0 starts I would.
