I am happy to say that my husband and I have finally found Dr. Ouyang, our previous PCP who left this horrible place. We are now both her patients at Serenity Primary Care & Medical Weight Loss Clinic in Nashua, off of Exit 6 in Nashua, NH. We are simply so grateful that Dr. Ouyang started her own practice! This place is really terrible. I've never reviewed a doctor's office before as I have a pretty low bar in my head. Really awful. I've been there 4 times, every single time, I wonder why I even spent the energy to go. Dissmissive providers, terrible communicators, and just a really disgusting experience. I've seen three providers there, all have been the same. The fourth time I walked out because I was left in an exam room for over an hour. This place is honestly horrifying in how it’s run—I’m genuinely shocked the Board of Health hasn’t been called for negligence. I started here with Dr. Ouyang and Eileen, who were both fantastic. They truly cared and worked hard with me on my health. Unfortunately, they left the practice, and no one at the front desk bothered to inform me. No email, no call—nothing. Just silence. They think that the rules don't apply to them. Filled out a form to release my medical records and I get a letter un the mail from some third party want to charge me a processing fee. When I called them directly to receive a copy of my records. They told me they didn't have that information on site... I'm not sure if their Manager of Records is simply an idiot or a terrible liar.
This place is terrible when it comes to the front reception area they never pick up the calls and they never return calls so it will be days before you can if you are lucky speak to a live person UNACCEPTABLE if it was bad before it's worse now IT'S TIME FOR NEW HIRES and for people that really care and have some real training on patient service ethics and please don't return your feedback "owner" just fix the issues
