My experience with my doctor is EXCEPTIONAL. He very caring and always listen to my concerns before giving his opinion. He always make sure we create a plan for a healthy me. I cannot ask for anything more than that. The staff are exceptional and very professional. I am very happy with Steward Medical Center as long as they don’t mess with my doctor. :)
This was the worst experience I’ve ever had in a doctor’s office. I scheduled an appointment for a pre-op physical before a minor surgical procedure. As I was walking through the office door I got a phone call from the office saying the doctor wouldn’t see me because she “didn’t know me.” I insisted on being seen since my records were in the system. Didn’t have any issues until the past year. I was supposed to be seen for an annual physical in September, turns out the admin staff scheduled my appt for a 10 minute block instead of an hour, so we had to reschedule to FEBRUARY. Then I call again today and find out that the MD they scheduled me with left the practice, so the appt is null. No one, not even a portal message, informed me of the need to reschedule due to this. My experience has always been professional neat, clean and on time. I’ve been a patient there for over 25 years never had a bad experience. My primary care is Dr. Jean Del Rosario I’m very please.
I actually was seen at Brookline Steward Primary Care this time, but the care was the same as always (actually better with Dr. Khawaja). It was an annual exam, and it was Dr. Khawaja's last day as he's moving out of state, but the care I got was as if he would be seeing me on a regular basis. Very happy with the care I got that day.
