Incompetent front office staff. Canceled appointments, robocalls to tell you to call to reschedule. Patient portal information being disconnected from records for no reason. Doctors leaving, and you're not informed until you show up and are seen by a new doctor. Never received a single reminder call for an appointment. Can't imagine why all of the doctors (most who have been very good/knowledgeable) are constantly leaving.

Last week I visited the office to have my ears irrigated in advance of a hearing evaluation with an audiologist. Victoria Gray NP was able to get my ear canals pretty much cleared out. I found her to be very professional and competent. Overall it was a great experience!

I have seen Victoria Gray, NP now a few times for my hurt knee. She has been very thorough and thoughtful in her diagnosis and referrals for ongoing diagnostic procedures and further treatment. I’ve been seeing Dr. Godfrey decades now - she’s awesome! And the front administrative staff are a lot more patient and caring than they used to be!

Dr. Godfrey is always friendly and expresses concern for her patients. I am very comfortable talking to her without reservation. I like her whole health approach. She is very knowledgeable about health. She not only shows an interest in her patients health but their life , including family. I would recommend Dr. Godfrey to anyone.

I have only had positive experiences with this practice. I have found every PCP to be professional, compassionate and dedicated to my health. I feel blessed to have my PCP. I often hear how difficult it is to find a good PCP that listens and takes action. I do not have that problem. The office staff is professional, friendly, efficient and patient! It would be a hard adjustment for me to change from this practice!
