Set up an appointment and waited a month and they called to cancel the day before citing a schedule conflict. I rescheduled for a month later which was the earliest they could see me and the same thing happened. I was given no reason for why they cancelled twice and the woman on the phone asked me why they cancelled my appointment which is baffling. Terrible experience if you want to actually see your physician

Since Revere took over, utterly impossible to reach the office, even calling as a provider. No ability to see a portal with everything in once place. No ability to talk to anyone at Revere either. It's a shame because she is a good provider. But since Steward left, the decline in administration, access and everything that makes the provision of medical care possible is tremendous. Once upon a time, this place was serviceable. They weren't stellar with their operations but they weren't terrible and I used this office for primary care for nearly a year. Lately, they've been horrid. I assume it has something to do with the recent bankruptcy of Stewart Medical Group but recently, I cannot get a call back from my doctor, they'll cancel/reschedule appointments with as little as a few hours notice, and they can't seem to get their lab orders organized so I had to make multiple trips to the lab to give blood ... read more

The Medical Staff take all the time necessary to satisfy any and all questions regarding my many varied medical conditions. I have been a patient with this Primary Care doctor for twenty five years, His staff of Nurses and Technicians are very professional and careing as well. I'd highly recommend him as one of the best Primary Care doctors, and you'd be lucky to be accepted into his practice.

I have been with this practice since 2019. My initial primary doctor left during the pandemic and since that time I have been with 3 other providers, all of whom have left the practice. Twice thy have made clerical errors regarding insurance that I have had to pay/ or take hours of my time to fight. The front desk staff is lovely, the office manager has never returned my call. I'm currently on hold with insurance trying to fight a $400+ bill due to this office not filing a referral that they confirmed in writing had been... read more
