Doctor's are great and the nurses are great, but the older receptionist is the rudest person I have ever met. She will talk to you very disrespectfully and then refuses to give you any information for a supervisor. I dont want to misrepresent, the other lady is polite and very professional.
I requested a medicine refill this week made a doctor's appointment they said they would refill them now its Saturday i am completely out of my blood pressure meds Walgreens had my pickup got my meds and my blood pressure meds were not filled. Called them today and they dont refill prescription over the weekend. I am out because they didnt do what was needed during business hours. What a joke. I need my blood pressure meds 2 times a day so now I have to go without due to their negligence .
I came to write a review about how amazing Crossroads in Portland is and was shocked to see the negative reviews! I've been seeing Amy Maddox at Crossroads for a few years now, mostly for medication refills, and she's fantastic, but since she's no longer there, I wasn't sure how I'd like it now that she wouldn't be my doctor. Been coming here for well over 4 years. All of a sudden they arent a walk in clinic? Never got a notice, letter, update or anything. Got there this morning super early so I can be first in line for the walk in. Which it still says they are a walk in online mind you. Lady at the front desk was hella rude too. Great way to treat your patients.
I find it pathetic that a 76 year-old is REFUSED HIS LIFE SAVING HEART MEDICATION Be aware when choosing healthcare for your loved ones.
