Several incidents of the same incompetence have piled up to lead me to this review. I was recently trying to get a prescription refilled which I have been on for 4 years at this point. They wanted me to come in to get it refilled since my current NP was out on personal leave. I was okay with that given we haven?t done an evaluation in a while. Lazy doctors office, went in at 10:00 AM to a noticeably empty lobby asking for a quick strep test, the lady said they were fully booked until 1:45. I come back at about 1:55, (10 minutes late) I walk back into the empty lobby and as soon as the receptionist sees me she scurries back behind the window for 5 minutes and then comes back to tell me that i've "exceeded the 15 minute lateness window". I went to see her for a few health issues. Since I was looking for a new GP and hadn't seen one in over a year or more. My GP retired from their practice before all the new changes. She refused to listen to anything but one of my problems as I kept trying to talk to her and she keep walking towards the door the whole time. I have been here on many occasions. I have seen Dana King, Charly Taylor and received excellent care in a professional manner from both providers. They are very caring. The first time I saw Dana was when I had a severe reaction to my second Covid shot. She got me thru that and on to good health. I continue to go there to keep check on my health. Waited 5 weeks for an appointment. Numerous text and calls from them for 3 days making sure I was gonna be there. Afternoon before appointment at 3 I received a call telling me doctor has to reschedule, really? Because I have already scheduled a day off work and I can guarantee if I had not shown you would be expecting $. Lessons learned, want be doing any business with this office ever again!
