Very poor communication. I wasn’t sure if I was talking to the doctor or the nurse because she never introduced herself. I haven’t had a physical in a very long time. They didn’t tell me what it entailed what they were testing for or when I would get my results, or how to find my results. I didn’t even know when my physical was over. I was just sitting in the room because no one told me after your blood work you’re done. I highly suggest you communicate with your patients more. Will be looking elsewhere for a PCP.
Crossroads has always been a great place for my health needs. They are efficient, friendly, and thorough. Each of the PAs has brought more than just knowledge but a health partnership.
I have been going to Crossroads for years. I see the PA Reece Hayes as my PCP. He is very professional and has always handled my many medical needs with great care. All the staff there is always so nice and helpful. I highly recommend them.
Yesterday had a bit of an urgency. Crossroads’s worked us in, an gave us great care. First the staff at the check in were very kind and helpful. Chantis was our nurse and she was excellent! I work in patient care and she would be exactly what I would be looking to hire for my office!! We saw PA Reece and he cared for our injury and assured us all was going to be ok. Thank you for your kindness and knowledge. Kindness unfortunately is not always what we see and get these days for some reason!!!! Mr. Mrs Hawkins
I had been going their seeing dr. Hayes and Dr. Giblin they never judged me and treated me with respect and i haven't been to the doctor in almost 2 years and the whole 2 years my sugar stays in the 4 and 5 hundreds but now I don't care because of dr. Joslin I will never see another doctor the rest of my days she reminded me why I quit seeing doctors the only reason I've been going is because family wouldn't stop begging me to go but the first thing doctor Joslin did to me was a 12 panel drug screen .I guess she didn't like ... read more
