This doctor’s office was an absolute disaster from start to finish. I went here for a vaccination last year, and when I recently needed the documentation for school, suddenly no one had any record of anything. Instead of helping, the staff acted like I was bothering them and gave me excuse after excuse — including claiming they “don’t offer vaccines,” even though their own website openly says otherwise. I’ve been going to Crossroads Medical Group (was Called Family Health Center) for 10 years or so. I loved them as my Primary Care Physician. The ladies in the office are great always so welcoming. I also like Michelle Butler, she has listened to my concerns. The only problem I have with them is the fact that they’ve changed from private practice to corporate and has now kind of went down the drain.

My most recent visit was today. I have always been impressed with the individuals working there and the practice as a whole. I recommend this practice to anyone looking for a primary care doctor.
Went there three times, girls up front were nice, but all three times I saw Michelle Butler, a nurse practitioner? She was rude like I was wasting her time. I told her I didn't go to Drs. unless I was sick. She never examined me or asked relevant questions, just rude, uncaring and acted IGNORANT. Our family will never go back to crossroads for several reasons. I was seen by practicing associate Michelle Butler. She refused to give me proper care and I was discriminated against. I had an appointment to see her and my partner was with me. I told her my symptoms/concerns. She was rude to my partner and cut him off when all he did was show concern for me. Before a urine test to check for UTI she told my partner to leave the room so she could ask me some inappropriate questions. She asked me if I felt safe?" She also aske... read more
